Improved wear resistance

We are using materials of improved wear resistance: VCh40-60 (high-strength cast iron) and modern polymeric materials.

High dimensional accuracy of castings
Molding is performed using equipment of high performance which allows simultaneous manufacturing of several molds. Molds are manufactured on the basis of cold-hardening mixtures with use of molding materials of high quality. Vibration tables are used to compact the molds. During smelting, chemical composition and temperature are controlled.

In-house lab
The lab allows carrying-out a complete spectral and metallographic analysis of metals. Metals quality is inspected using cutting-edge equipment.
High quality of machining
Machining is performed using cutting-edge German DMG CNC machines ensuring high precision and dimensional stability which allows minimizing a human factor. Multistage inspection of produced parts is deployed at the factory.
Bench tests
All the pumps produced by the factory are subjected to running-in and testing in operational conditions while the key parameters (volumetric supply, pressure) are being controlled.

About «Avangard», High-Precision Casting Factory
Our factory, along with a number of design engineering centers, has designed, developed and launched centrifugal pumps to production. Pump type: horizontal, overhung, single stage with open impeller. These pumps are created based on the experience of operation of similar equipment at oil and gas production and mining companies.
